For more than 100 years, Rotary has united leaders committed to applying their expertise to better their communities. You too can be part of a global organisation that enables men and women of all vocations and cultures to turn conversations into actions by joining the Rotary Club of Kenmore. Some of the opportunities we provide our members are:

  • The ability to work on projects in our local area with an aim to improve our community

  • Develop public speaking skills in a friendly and supportive forum

  • Broaden business networking with other likeminded people

  • Gain insights from a range of successful guest speakers and members alike

  • Projects

The Rotary Club of Kenmore meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month (excluding December and January) to hear quality speakers, plan projects, network and socialize. We attract frequent visitors including members of other clubs as well as interstate and international visitors and presenters.

Kenmore Rotary has served the community for more than 50 years, improving the lives of people locally and overseas in their time of need, the club boasts a proud history of collaboration, support, empowerment and leverage amongst members to deliver exceptional outcomes via our combined resources. We closely collaborate with the Rotary Clubs in the vicinity and together we achieve outstanding results.

Rotary International every year has a new theme. For 2020/21 the theme is “Rotary Opens Opportunities”. Rotarians will strive towards opening opportunities for those who have none and put service ideas into action to improve the lives of the needful and look for community welfare solutions, especially during this tough and challenging times.

Kenmore Rotary last year along with other cluster clubs has taken steps against Domestic Violence Awareness and will continue with their ongoing support in the coming year to develop schemes for victims and their children to lead a respectful and meaningful life.

Rotary is non-political, non-religious recognising the needs of all people to work together to achieve world-wide peace and prosperity.

A famous quote by Mahatma Gandhi states “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others” and that’s what Rotarians do, they provide service and not just donate.

If you are looking to serve the community, expand your professional network, connect with leaders and better equip yourself to take on any of life’s challenges, knowing you have friends who will help you along the way, then come along to a meeting or join us on an upcoming local project as a volunteer.

We look forward to hearing from you today!
