26 August 2025

From the President
Thank you to everyone who came to the last meeting to share ideas about our communication within the Club and externally as well.  It is not too late to pass on any thoughts you might have - to me by email or phone or to Jason.  Thank you to those who have sent emails - a lot of very good suggestions some of which I hope we can implement without delay.  It is so important that every member is kept well informed about our Club and about Rotary in general.

A reminder about our next two meetings - September 2 and 16 - important and interesting guest speakers at both.  Phil Staines from the Salvation Army will be speaking next Tuesday.  Phil collects the groceries we provide from the mid year and Christmas collections in Kenmore Village and he has an interesting story to tell.  As I have mentioned previously our new District Governor Mark Williams will be our guest on 16 September - I hope we can give him a very big Kenmore Rotary welcome.

Yours in Rotary
Margaret
